	News – Avril 2008 Several pages of our website have been up-dated this month. You will find our 2007 summary in the "History" page, under "presentation"; the 2008 calendar is up-to-date and you can consult it under "sales". Come and see us at one of the listed markets and thus avoid paying transportation costs! From now on, you can order Hyprocras all year. This medieval aperitif is now produced on a regular basis and the demand for this drink is growing all the time. In addition, we offer horns of approx. 10cl., and holders for 2 or 5 horns to place on tables. Our order forms have been re-published and now contain all the products that we sell: liqueurs, liqueur boxes, shot du frisson, hypocras, hors and holders, chocolates (our chocolates are still produced on request, to ensure the freshness of the products).

	A new product Liqueurs artisanales Schneiter's development continues. After intense and exhausting year-end activities, we have established a very encouraging assessment of our second year in business: sales of our products have strongly increased, which is very satisfying and permits us to see our future more serenely. We are pleased to announce the launch of a new product, the "Shot du Frisson" (Shiver Shot). This is a mix of vodka and liqueur with a floating Morello Cherry, in a 4 cl. glass. Specially concocted for bars, discos and other societies, it is appreciated in particular by our younger customers, who enjoy our products. The sale price of the "Shot du Frisson" will be on average 5.-- Sfr. Of course, special prices for distributors are available. Due to the increase of the production and the amount of work, we have now hired Claude-Alain Charmillot ("Clopette") at 20%. He is one of the three founders of our company and has always helped with the production as well as on the markets. Another piece of news: from now on, you have the possibility to sign up to receive our Newsletter, which will keep you informed concerning the most recent developments and evolution in our company. We expect to publish 4 to 5 issues per year.

	New Aromas Two new aromas were presented to our public during the open house of October 7th, 2006: the Morello Cherry and the Mandarin-Pineapple liqueurs were welcomed and appreciated by the liqueur-tasters of that day. As of now, these new products can be purchased in our shop, or by using the order forms available in this website. Add these new products to your collection and enjoy sharing them with your friends!

	Open House ! Our company is pleased to invite the public to come and discover or re-discover our premises and shop on Saturday October 7, from 10 a .m. to 10 p.m. At the occasion of our open house day. You will be offered to sample all twelve of our existing liqueur flavors, as well as to discover our new product, the morello cherry liqueur. We hope to see many of you and your friends !

	Prize of Excellence Our company has again been rewarded during the last Forum Romand des eaux-de-vie in Courtemelon; the prize of Excellence was attributed to our mandarin liqueur. This prize rewards the best liqueur in it’s category. We also won a gold medal for the green lemon liqueur, as well as three diplomas.

	Enthronement Denis was enthroned by the “Confrérie des Courtiers Gourmands” (gourmand brotherhood) of in Sierre. This brotherhood brings together highly knowledgeable people in the art of traditionally made products.

	New liqueur flavor ! We are pleased to inform you that our company will soon offer a new liqueur aroma; you can discover this during an open house day, organised on our Courrendlin premises on October 7, 2006.

	New bottle fomat As of now, our liqueurs can also be purchased in 70 cl bottles. You will find our price list on the "orders" page.
